Membership Terms & Conditions
WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
One 25-minute private virtual consultation during each monthly service period • Personalized review of your skin concerns, current routine, product use, visible changes, and goals • Customized guidance for Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Products and your morning and evening routine • Product layering, frequency, pacing, replenishment guidance, and routine adjustments as needed • Progress support, education, encouragement, and accountability
to help you remain consistent.
MEMBERSHIP PLANS & BILLING
Monthly Membership: Charged once each month on your enrollment date. It renews automatically each month until canceled • Annual Membership: Charged as one discounted upfront annual payment. It includes one consultation per monthly service period and renews automatically each year until canceled • Product purchases are separate from the membership fee • By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the plan you choose.
SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING & MISSED VISITS
Consultations are scheduled according to availability and reserve dedicated placement on your Licensed Skin Care Specialist’s calendar • Please provide at least 72 hours’ advance notice to reschedule an appointment • Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, late cancellations, and missed appointments will result in the consultation being forfeited without refund or credit • Late arrival does not extend the appointment beyond the originally scheduled end time • Unused consultations expire at the end of the applicable monthly service period and do not roll over to the next month.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel it • Cancel anytime before your next billing or renewal date to prevent the next charge. Monthly cancellations stop the next monthly renewal; annual cancellations stop the next annual renewal. Access continues through the current paid term • Cancel through your online membership account or by contacting Morris Code Beauty® Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Company at: info@morriscodebeauty.com or by phone at: 678-653-6320 • Because appointment capacity and recurring schedule placements are reserved in advance, membership payments are non-refundable after billing, except where required by law • No refunds or credits are issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, unused consultations, or failure to upload requested photos or information.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Provide complete and accurate information and follow product directions and safety guidance • Stop using a product and seek appropriate care if you experience a significant adverse reaction • Clients under age 18 require parent or legal guardian consent and participation • Photos are used for consultation and progress review and are handled according to Morris Code Beauty’s privacy practices.
DURING EACH VIRTUAL VISIT
Upload clear, recent, unfiltered photos in the Zoom meeting’s chat box during your appointment: front view, left side, right side and close-ups of specific concerns • Use natural or bright even lighting, remove makeup when possible, and avoid filters, heavy shadows, or blurred images • Provide an updated list of products you use and disclose known allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medications and recent professional treatments that may affect product guidance. • Join from a private, well-lit space with a stable internet connection. Attend with clean skin when practical (no makeup).
IMPORTANT SCOPE OF SERVICE
This membership provides cosmetic skin care education, product guidance, and home-routine support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. Seek care from your doctor or physician for persistent, worsening, painful, infected, suspicious, or urgent skin concerns. Individual experiences vary, and specific results are not guaranteed.
